My brother Ruari was a victim of a hit-and-run accident on April 24th in his home city of Brooklyn, NY.

Ruari was crossing the street in a crosswalk when he was hit by an unidentified driver at what was possibly 40 MPH.

The driver never stopped and left Ruari for dead.

Since the night of the horrific accident, Ruari has been in the hospital undergoing numerous life-saving surgeries and procedures.

There is an open investigation with the NYPD. If you or anyone you know has information or was a witness to this almost life-ending crime, please reach out to the Brooklyn, NY PD.

Those of you that know Ruari know that he is what is good and right in this world. Thank you to the family and friends that have come to see him in the hospital. Thank you for the texts and phone calls. Ruari loves and appreciates every one of you.

We don’t know how much the medical and rehab bills will cost, but I can tell you it will be A LOT!
